Starting to show its age. Hotel is fine, rooms are ok but some maintenance and updating is required. The shower for instance would either run hot or cold and worse still it would go cold all of a sudden and then you wait for it to get hot …

The service we had here was one of the best in all Thailand. They are incredibly attentive and handle everything professionally and with care. The food was some of the best we had in Chiang Mai. The whole hotel is quite beautiful and very clean. Would definitely come back. They offered excellent recommendations of things to do and a shuttle bus to the night market.
The surroundings of the hotel are a bit dirty, but there is nothing they can really do about that so I cannot blame them

The location in the old city was perfect and very accessible to the rest of the city and the staff who were so friendly and very attentive It was a very quiet and peaceful place to to stay . The pool was lovely and refreshing. Great breakfast
Nothing. However we did have a problem with the door key and the air con but both problems were fixed immediately. And then it was smooth sailing
