Salaam Thailand is an independent editorial directory of halal restaurants, muslim-friendly hotels, tours, mosques, and clinics in Thailand. We are not a booking platform, a travel agent, or a party to any reservation. When you send an inquiry through a listing, it goes directly to that business — the resulting arrangement (price, availability, cancellation terms) is strictly between you and the venue.

Every listing is compiled and cross-checked from multiple public sources (Google, official websites, community forums, and others) using the Trust Score methodology described on our How We Verify page. We make a genuine effort to keep details — opening hours, halal status, contact information, pricing — accurate and current, but venues change without notice, and no automated or manual verification process is perfect. Always confirm important details, especially halal certification and prayer facilities, directly with the venue before you visit.

The site, its listings, and its Trust Scores are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any business will honor a quoted price, that a listing's halal status is current, or that any information on the site is error-free.

Some outbound links on this site — for example, to hotel or tour booking pages — are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission from the partner, at no extra cost to you. This never happens before or in exchange for a Trust Score; the score is calculated first, and any commercial relationship comes after. We also display advertising served through Google AdSense, which may show ads based on your browsing activity as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, mine, or bulk-extract listing data using automated tools without our written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
• Submit false reports, fake reviews, or abuse the inquiry/contact forms
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salaam Thailand and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any listed business — including a cancelled reservation, a mismatch between a listing and reality, or an unavailable venue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
