حجم الغرفة واسع والأسرة كبيرة بوفيه الريوق شامل ومتنوع ويوجد قسم حلال اضافي كما ان الفندق قريب من شاطئ باتونج
تعامل الاستقبال عند الوصول كان اسلوب الموظفة جاف جدا . حيث كان حجزي لغرفتين لاربع اشخاص انا وزوجي في غرفة وبناتي الثلاث في غرفة وأصغرهم عمرها 12 عام وكنت ارغب في غرفة ثلاثية الا انه غير متوفر لديهم اكثر من سريرين بالغرفة .ولان الاسرة كبيرة جدا فالمكان ملائم للاطفال الثلاثة ان يكونوا معا . ولكن عند وصولي اصرت الموظفة ان ادفع مبلغ اضافي على قيمة حجزي للغرفة المدفوع مسبقا في الحجز بمعدل 1500بات كل ليلة من ليالي الحجز فدفعت 6000 بات اضافية لأربع ليالي بحجة: وجود شخص اضافي يعني مبلغ اضافي والمبلغ يعادل نصف قيمة غرفة اضافية . بالنسبة لغرفتي في آخر ليلية لنا سقطت امطار في بوكت وعندما استيقظت صباحا وجدت الأرضية مبللة . فتفاجأت بتسرب جزء من مياه الأمطار عبر السقف في احد زوايا الغرفة والذي أذى الى تبليل الملابس والشنط بتلك الزوايا . ولانه اخر يوم لنا لم اجادلهم في تلك المشكلة فقط اكتفيت بطلب مسح الماء من ع الأرضية وتجفيف الملابس المبللة لوضعها في حقيبة السفر جافة

الاسره مريحه والمسابح
لقد دفعت مبلغ كبير مقابل مبيت الأطفال معي ف نفس الغرفه مع ان الغرفه والاسره تتسع لأربع أشخاص وانا كنت مستأجر غرفتين 4 بالغين واطفال 12 و9 و7 و3 سنوات الغرفه الواحده يوجد بها سريرين كبيرين ايضا يا ليت يتم تنويع الاكل بالنسبه للمسلمين

المنتجع واسع ويصلح للعائلات وبه ثلاثة مسابح والافطار متنوع وجميل يناسب كافة الثقافات وهنالك انشطة يومية بالمنتجع
اغلاق بعض النوافذ وعدم وجود تهوية لبع الغرف لعدم امكانية فتح النوافذ وتوجد بعض الروائح
