Everything was perfect for this stay. Everything from the first greeting on arrival to our departure I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was incredible -- with the warm items changing every morning. All the staff are incredible... everyone from pool and gym staff up to management were extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation; signed us up for fun activities on-site; and did everything to ensure a perfect stay. It took a little flexibility to arrange dinner off the menu our last night due to a special event happening in the Khao restaurant -- but the food was fantastic. Some of the best we've had on the entire trip. We would definitely love to visit this property again in the future!

We have just checked out and cannot say enough good things about our stay. Everything was simply outstanding — the service, the room, and most of all, the incredible team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly welcomed and spoiled throughout our stay. The room was stunning, beautifully maintained, and we were honestly impressed from the very first moment. This was an exceptional experience and one we will remember fondly. Thank you to the entire team for such high-level hospitality and for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend your hotel.

Pool with fantastic view, amazing staff, especially Oh, who was our tennis hitting partner, and, at the end, our friend! The management should be proud of having him! We enjoyed the rice barn dinner experience, the pool at the villa, room service, spa (we went 3 times and each time was incredible), the gym!
