Very lovely staff, helpful for any questions about chiang mai. Rooms are very spacious with a large bed! Very clean rooms, came back to a perfectly made bed, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee everyday. Nice pool area with minimal seating. …

Room doesn’t have proper window toilet either. Ground floor room is close enough to pool that we didn’t use. Glass door is thin enough, the old traditional architecture is not good for sound proof - I could hear all footstep from upstairs. …

    I think the best thing on this hotel is the reception staff which was extremely helpful. The room was large, renovated and with great bathroom. Seimming pool was great to have also.
