We are so happy we chose this stay. We were looking for a different location than the extremely touristic Khao San area and this was so perfect! It had more of a local vibe but still lively area with great places to see and what to do! Part of the building is a restaurant downstairs and you can order great food and cocktails after your day of exploring Bangkok. We planned this stay so we are closer to a boat pier and took an orange line in the morning all the way to Grand Palace for just 16 baht! The room was spacious, a lot of storage room and the bed to us was so great and we slept so well here. I'm so happy we chose this stay, thank you so much!

The room quality exceeded my expectation. This not being a hotel building I was worried about there possibly being bugs in my room but I didn't even see any during my 3 day stay. The shower had a special mat to keep bugs from entering and the main door had something similar. The bed was big and comfortable. Occasional noise from downstairs as there are restaurants but nothing after 11pm so it was okay. The guesthouse restaurant serves really good, inexpensive local food. Friendly helpful staff. Pretty close to the metro station.

I loved the location, the staff/family, the homey vibe and the authentic Thai style restaurant they run on the first floor. Everything worked very well and was super clean. The hosts were accommodating, kind and helpful.

Aesthetic. Good food downstairs. Strong water pressure, really cold aircon... host is very responsive to questions....
There is no black coffee in the complementary but there is sugar and creamer...Generally nothing!

Accommodation was perfect. Room spacious and clean with a fridge etc. Shower was always hot and powerful. Food was delicious at the restaurant. Area was great and not touristy.
