Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Hotel Capital O Chiang Mai was a comfortable and affordable place to stay. Would recommend!
The rooms are spacious but not that clean.. I think the management changed and it almost looks like a rundown hotel.
You can find this place in Airbnb with a fake address that make you think you are closer to the city center. Only when you make the reservation you learn where is tue actual location. SCAM !
Great rooms with lots of amenities and a large clean space. The staff were very helpful but the location could've been a bit better. Its located north of most of the nearby activities and also a neighbor to what appeared to be a cemetery

Good location, the room was cozy, good and clean for short stay. The Ac was great and big for fresh food and drinks. Wifi was good.
I stayed this place for second time. This time I did not happy with the reception staffs at all. When I arrived I need to wait for checking in about 10 minutes because nobody at the lobby, the maid was showing up and said "a staff went outside for buying drink" (Can staff going outside while working?) It was 2 P.M. not for a lunch break. When she came back just acted like nothing happen. Her sevice was great but please say SORRY because she let the guest waiting for checking in while she went outside for buying drink. (Chiang Mai has many delivery app though) unprofessional. And It happened again when I check out. I checked out about 11:30 A.M. Nobody at the lobby again. So I just droped the keycard at lobby. I don't know why nobody standby at the lobby. Please fix it before it is getting worst.

Clean and comfortable room. Simple and great value for money.
Remember to pack soap for washing hands. And the refrigerator shuts off when you leave the room with your key card due to the electricity automatically shutting off - also good to keep in mind when trying to cool and store perishable food and out of the hotel the whole day - defeats a bit the purpose then. A water kettle would be a great addition. Also I just noticed the WiFi password on the last day at the reception :)

Could hear neighbours or people walking the corridors No daily room cleaning Staff did not speak or understand English There were cash only requirements which were not informed before check in No close by restaurants No amenities One lamp in my room wasn't working Water was luke warm

It was an average hotel, the room was a good size with a suitable bathroom. There was a cute cat.
The towels and bedsheets had holes in them which was a bit weird. It was quite far from any of the main things and hard to walk.
