Its only halal to do medical procedures that are medically beneficial. For example, i am to undergo jaw surgery. Some people do this surgery for aesthetics. I am doing it because it will greatly help and even fix my sleep apnea.

Allah took his time to make different genes so that people can look unique.. so that people can inherit those genes and can resemble their their family. So that if someone's grandfather and father was bald after a certain age the son will also be bald, if someone has small nose his daughter may also have small nose.. if someone has small eyes his son might also have small eyes just like his father. Genes and it's phenotype connect us to our family. It is by Allah's grace that we resemble our parents and extended family. But here hypocrites are trying to play with this and saying hair transplant is halal. No it is not. Allah said in your genes that you must go bald at 30 like you father. Obey that. You will be rewarded for it. And bald people live perfectly normal lives.. don't let people on the internet encourage you to do haram things like hair transplant. Going bald is not a disease..it is a normal aging process which does not affect the person's health.
