Free upgrade on arrival. Super nice staff. Nice pool. Gym was pretty basic but got my workout done. Printed our boarding pass and visas without charge.
500 baht deposit on arrival (its ok i just think we should have been informed in advance). Rooms could do with a little update but overall satisfactory.
