We had an excellent experience at the Marlin Hotel in Surat Thani. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the value for money is truly outstanding. We booked three rooms, each with two comfortable and spacious beds, good air conditioning, and an excellent bathroom. Special thanks go to Poom at the reception. He speaks good English and not only helped us greatly when we lost a bag at the airport, but also truly made sure it was returned to us. His dedication, persistence, and personal commitment made all the difference. In short: a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Surat Thani!
Ontbijt is voor westerlingen minder uitgebreid, maar dat is logisch aangezien ze weinig westerlingen ontvangen.

Convenient location, staff were friendly.
The WiFi was a bit rocky at times and I had to keep getting a new code to use.

The hotel itself was very nice – the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was convenient and easy, which was a big plus. Overall the property looked well maintained and the stay was pleasant.
Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. It had a strong unpleasant smell and the food was tasteless. It was by far the worst breakfast we experienced during our trip in Thailand, so we would not recommend paying extra for it.

Clean and well kept. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was good as well. Coffee ++
No hot water for showers. No toilet paper, only thin tissues.

Spacious clean
Communication. WiFi login changed. Had to have keycard for room updated every day. Had to ask for fried eggs to be cooked so hot every day
