Excellent 5star hotel in the heart of Chiangmai. Amazing views, settings, decor. A homage to ancient Lanna traditions with all wood furnishings. Most staff have been there 10yrs-plus with minimal labor turnover, even through COVID. Great for weddings too!

I had a wonderful one-week stay at RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort while recovering from a leg injury, and it truly felt like being with family. Everything was exceptional — the beautiful pool, peaceful garden, river views, well-equipped gym, and especially the warm and caring staff who made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. Fruit were delivered daily. The room, the terrase snd the bathroom were all very spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully decorated. The entire hotel has a charming and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel calm the moment you arrive. It was the perfect place to slow down, rest, and recover. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable and caring experience. I would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
Commuting to old town but with grab bike was very fast and easy.

RatiLanna was exceptional! The Lanna-period architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and took you back to ancient times! The woodwork in the bedroom was very impressive. The staff were so kind; they gave us free water whenever we requested; the hotel also has free transport to night market everyday. The restaurant served delicious food. We will stay here again!
No criticism for RatiLanna! Everything was great

كل شيء جميل و اكثر من ممتاز الفطور الغرفة المرافق النظافه رائحة المكان الموظفون جداً متعاونين وخدومين وودودين جينا عندهم من بدري ودخلنا الغرفه الساعه 12 الظهر صراحة كل شيء رائع هناك
